Welcome to the Protein Information Resource Network Server
12-APR-1993 WARNING, if you use the SEARCH command and the search text has a
line starting with a ">", the second line is assumed to be a title or comment
and the sequence begins on the third line. IF YOU PUT SEQUENCE ON THE LINE
IMEDIATELY AFTER A LINE BEGINNING WITH ">" IT WILL NOT BE PART OF THE SEARCH!
See HELP SEARCH EXAMPLES. The PATCHX and NRL_3D databases are abbreviated to
PATX and NR3D in the output from the SEARCH command. The longer forms should
be used with the GET command.
If you send requests from Internet through a gateway to GUNBRF on BITNET, you
should now send your requests directly to FILESERV@NBRF.Georgetown.Edu.
This is NBRF-PIR MAILSERVER version 1.49
Here is the help you requested.
