Welcome to the Protein Information Resource Network Server 12-APR-1993 WARNING, if you use the SEARCH command and the search text has a line starting with a ">", the second line is assumed to be a title or comment and the sequence begins on the third line. IF YOU PUT SEQUENCE ON THE LINE IMEDIATELY AFTER A LINE BEGINNING WITH ">" IT WILL NOT BE PART OF THE SEARCH! See HELP SEARCH EXAMPLES. The PATCHX and NRL_3D databases are abbreviated to PATX and NR3D in the output from the SEARCH command. The longer forms should be used with the GET command.
