Materials and Methods
入力された全ての２配列の組について配列の相違度およびKs、 Kaを計算する。
Ks、Kaの計算については

を参照した。
また、指定した window size ごとの相違度、Ks、Ka も計算してグラフに表示する。
配列のどちらか一方でも挿入がある場合には挿入の数だけwindowの幅を差し引いて
計算している。
